Import Group on the S1 // Projects Tab

Use the commands in this group to filter and import projects.

Import All Projects

Click this command or use the commands in the drop-down menu to import all project data. If a project has already been imported and is locked, this command will not work. You can see if a project is locked by right-clicking the project in the Projects Pane to see if the Lock Content command is selected.

Field	Description
Import All Projects	Click this command to import all projects in the current workbook. If a project has already been imported and is locked, this command will not work. You can see if a project is locked by right-clicking the project in the Projects Pane to see if the Lock Content command is selected
Import Project	Click this command to import only the selected project in the current workbook.

Filters

When importing project data, you can use the commands in this menu to filter the data that is imported into your Acumen workbook. You can apply different filters to each project or snapshot within a workbook.

Field	Description
Import Normal Activities	Select this filter to import all normal activities.
Import Summaries	Import summary activity information.
Import Milestones	Import activity milestones.
Import Level of Effort	Import level of effort activity information.
Import Complete	Import activities that are complete.
Import In Progress	Import activities that are in progress.
Import Planned	Import activities that are planned.
Import Resource Assignments	Import activity resource assignments.
